As of September 1st 2006, we are offering technical support to all clients who purchased one or more software products from Red Geographics. These include:
Support queries are dealt with as soon as possible, time permitting. In case multiple support queries from different clients are active at the same time, priority is given to those clients who have an active maintenance contract for the software product in question.
If you have one of these products but do not currently have a maintenance contract (not with Red Geographics or not at all), feel free to contact us for a price quote.
