Installation instructions
Unzip the file and place it in My Documents\FME\Transformers. FME will automatically recognize it and place it in your transformers gallery.
Usage
This transformer creates buffers around features, just like the standard Bufferer. The difference is that the SidedBufferer lets you set different buffer widths on the left and right sides of the feature. Buffer widths can be set to fixed values or taken from attributes. The "Min Buffer Width" should be set to a value that is
less than the minimal buffer width, the "Max Buffer Width" should be set to a value that is
more than the maximum buffer width (both due to the way this custom transformer works).
The resulting buffer polygons will lose their original attributes.
