These are two sections of an alternative roadmap for The Netherlands (PDF download here), inspired by Harry Beck's map of the London Underground and a similar map of the motorways in Great Britian. The map shows the motorways (A-numbers), exits with their names and numbers, junctions with their names, major cities and several important secondary roads (N-numbers). Like Mr Beck's map, the geography is heavily distorted and almost all topography has been removed.
