Several projects have been done for the city of Apeldoorn, including the development
and maintenance of a
map production system based on MAPublisher and FME and a
3D visualisation project using VNS.
ANWB, The Netherlands
Red Geographics has been involved with several map production projects for the ANWB, including the recent series of water tourism maps.
Vincent Scientific, Belgium
For this Belgian supplier of teaching aids, Red Geographics produced a shaded relief world map in Robinson projection. Other parties then added additional information to the map, resulting in a 6-feet wide physical map of the earth.
Oolaalaa, The Netherlands
Red Geographics is involved with Oolaalaa, la chaise ronde, producing maps for their spherical chairs.

Interrisk, USA
We helped InterRisk and its clients to pinpoint environmentallly sensitive property to help evaluate the risk expsore associated with their business activities. This project required taking existing data and using various tools and methodologies to help gain a better understanding of the subject property boundaries and the surrounding property.
Seawead, USA
Red Geographics developed a Google-Maps based solution for this Alaskan wildlife preservation organisation that allowed them to track sightings of endangered amphibians.
City of Dordrecht, The Netherlands
Red Geographics was involved in setting up and maintaining a production process for small-scale road maps, based on MAPublisher and FME.
Ferienregion Vinschgau, Italy
For this Italian tourism site, Red Geographics developed a Google Maps application that displays maps of their bike routes, along with the elevation profile. Both the line on the map and the profile are generated on-the-fly.
City of Velsen, The Netherlands
Red Geographics supported the production of a small-scale road map of this city.
Reijers Kaartproducties, The Netherlands
For this commercial cartographic design bureau, Red Geographics has developed a data management system
based on FME. Reijers Kaartproducties works a lot with datasets supplied by the Dutch Topographic Service
and the management system allows them to make the relevant spatial selection for a new map, in the mean time
preparing the data for easy import in MAPublisher.
Prorail, The Netherlands
Prorail is responsible for the maintenance of railways in The Netherlands. Red Geographics has been
involved in the development of a conversion project where all the existing CAD maps are to be prepared for
import into an Oracle Spatial database. During the conversion, the data will be extended with attributes read
from the CAD drawings.
Connexxion, The Netherlands
For the largest public bus company in The Netherlands, Red Geographics has developed the processes for loading
spatial data into the routing database.
