Red Geographics, in cooperation with Rerink Kartografie en Vormgeving, offers a 2-day training course "Digital Cartography with Illustrator and MAPublisher" on november 17th and 18th 2011. This is a course that's being taught in Dutch, but on request it can be done in English as well.
